2022 – Present
Engineering leadership across lending, retail products, QA, architecture, and operational systems. My role has grown from hands-on engineering to technical direction, quality strategy, team development, and cross-functional decision-making.

Worked extensively on registration operations systems for major telecom networks, including MTN and Glo, and on the backend behind the NIMC Android app.
Built portal features and Java / Spring Boot services, helped evolve the portal from jQuery to Angular, and contributed to application customization and technical documentation.
